ZEB1蛋白免疫组化表达和宫颈癌上皮细胞-间质转化及血管生成拟态的关系 被引量:3

Relationship of expression of ZEB1 protein in immunohistochemistry with epithelial mesenchymal transformation and vasculogenic mimicry in cervical cancer

摘要 目的探讨ZEB1蛋白和上皮细胞-间质转化(EMT)及宫颈癌血管生成拟态(VM)的关系。方法使用免疫组化对30例宫颈癌标本、30例宫颈高级别上皮内病变标本和30例正常宫颈组织的ZEB1和VM、EMT相关指标的表达进行测定和比较。结果宫颈癌患者ZEB1和Vimentin表达的阳性率显著高于上皮内病变宫颈和正常宫颈,而E-cadherin则表达较低;此外,宫颈高级别上皮内病变ZEB1和Vimentin表达的阳性率也高于正常宫颈,且E-cadherin低于正常宫颈。经Spearman相关分析结果显示,ZEB1与E-cadherin呈负相关,而与Vimentin呈正相关。高表达ZEB1的宫颈鳞状细胞癌有VM形成。结论宫颈癌组织中ZEB1的高表达参与了上皮的EMT现象,并与VM有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of ZEB1 protein with epithelial mesenchymal transformation(EMT)and Vasculogenic mimicry(VM)in cervical cancer.Methods The expressions of ZEB1,VM,and EMT in 30 cases of cervical cancer,30 cases of high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesion,and 30 cases of normal cervical tissue were measured by immunohistochemistry and compared.Results The positive expression rates of ZEB1 and vimentin in the cervical cancer patients were significantly higher than those in the intraepithelial lesions and the normal cervix,while the expression of E-cadherin was lower;in addition,the positive expression rates of ZEB1 and vimentin in the high-grade intraepithelial lesions were also higher than those in the normal cervix,and E-cadherin was lower than that in the normal cervix.Spearman correlation analysis showed that ZEB1 was negatively correlated with E-cadherin,and positively with vimentin.The cervical squamous cell carcinoma with a high expression of ZEB1 had VM formation.Conclusion The high expression of ZEB1 in cervical cancer is related to EMT and VM.
