自制单孔腹腔镜通路装置在妇科手术中的应用

Application of a homemade single-hole laparoscopic pathway device in gynecological surgery

目的介绍本科自制简易单孔腹腔镜装置相对一次性单孔多通道装置的可操作性及实用性,推广其在基层临床上的应用。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至12月本院妇科自制单孔腹腔镜装置在147例单孔腹腔镜手术(LESS)中的应用情况,以手术时间、术中出血、术后排气时间、术后住院天数等为指标,对此装置的可行性做详细评估。结果140例患者顺利完成手术,7例于下腹部增加1~2个常规穿刺器,手术时间40~200 min,术中出血10~200 ml,术后排气时间1~2 d,术后住院时间1~5 d。结论自制单孔腹腔镜通路装置在妇科普通手术中具有较好的可操作性及实用性,且价格低廉,值得基层临床上推广应用。

Objective To introduce the operability and practicability of the simple single-hole laparoscopic device in our department,and to promote its application in basic clinical level.Methods The application of the gynecological single-hole laparoscopic device in 147 cases of laparoscopic surgery was retrospectively analyzed from January to December,2018.The operation time,intra-operative hemorrhage,postoperative exhaust time,and postoperative hospitalization days were set as indicators.The feasibility of this device was assess in detail.Results 140 patients successfully completed the operation,and 7 patients added one or two conventional piercing devices to the lower abdomen;the operation time was 40-200 min;the bleeding was 10-200 ml during surgery;the postoperative exhaust time was 1-2 days;and the postoperative hospitalization time was 1-5 days.Conclusion The single-hole laparoscopic pathway device has good operability and practicability in gynecological general operation,and it is cheap,so it is worth being popularized and applied in basic clinic.
