复方樟柳碱穴位注射在脑梗死引起眼外肌麻痹患者中的疗效观察及对眼外肌功能的影响研究

Acupoint injection of compound camphorine for patients with extraocular muscle paralysis caused by cerebral infarction and its effect on extraocular muscle function

目的探讨复方樟柳碱穴位注射在脑梗死引起眼外肌麻痹患者中的疗效观察及对眼外肌功能的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月期间本院收治的脑梗死引起眼外肌麻痹患者74例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各37例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组给予复方樟柳碱穴位注射治疗,观察分析两组患者临床治疗疗效以及眼外肌功能改善情况。结果研究组临床疗效为94.6%,高于对照组的75.7%(P<0.05);研究组患者眼外肌麻痹发生率为13.5%,明显低于对照组的62.2%(P<0.05),且研究组患者眼外肌限制发生率为16.2%,明显低于对照组的62.2%(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死引起眼外肌麻痹患者治疗中应用复方樟柳碱穴位注射法效果理想,可有效促进患者眼外肌功能改善,增强临床治疗疗效,进而提高疾病治愈率,临床可推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint injection of compound camphorine for patients with extraocular muscle paralysis caused by cerebral infarction and its influence on extraocular muscle function.Methods 74 patients with extraocular muscle paralysis caused by cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March,2017 to March,2019 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group were routinely treated with western medicine.The study group were given acupoint injection of compound camphorine.The clinical therapeutic effects and the improvement of extraocular muscle function in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy was higher in the study group than in the control group(94.6%vs.75.7%;P<0.05).The incidences of extraocular paralysis and extraocular muscle limitation were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(13.5%vs.62.2%and 16.2%vs.62.2%;both P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection of compound camphorine in the treatment of patients with extraocular muscle paralysis caused by cerebral infarction has an ideal effect,can effectively improve their extraocular muscle function and enhance the clinical therapeutic effect,and thus improve the cure rate of the disease,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
