自然夜间多导睡眠图对酒依赖患者的辅助诊断价值研究

Study on the Value of Natural Nocturnal Polysomnography in the Diagnosis of Alcohol Dependence

目的:研究探讨自然夜间多导睡眠图对酒依赖患者的辅助诊断价值。方法:选取符合对酒依赖诊断的患者100例作为观察组,另同期选择100例健康体检人员作为对照组,对2组受检者均实施自然夜间多导睡眠图进行监测,分析检测结果。结果:观察组多导睡眠图监测结果SL(31.45±2.35)分、ATA(13.33±1.56)分、SE(81.23±1.92)%、SMT(84.55±1.92)%、SI(19.23±1.25)%、RL(74.44±1.45)分、RA(119.34±2.46)%、RI(25.66±1.10)%、RD(176.56±2.36)%、RT(67.55±1.24)分;对照组SL(18.77±1.12)分、ATA(25.67±1.02)分、SE(95.67±1.83)%、SMT(99.34±1.26)%、SI(9.01±1.82)%、RL(89.56±1.82)分、RA(71.34±1.19)%、RI(15.56±1.92)%、RD(84.55±1.92)%、RT(84.45±1.24)分。观察组与对照组相比以上结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:酒依赖患者在诊断过程中采用自然夜间多导睡眠图进行辅助诊断,能够显著提高诊断价值,改善其睡眠生理障碍,值得研究和推广。

Objective:Study on the value of natural nocturnal polysomnography in the diagnosis of alcohol dependence.Methods:One hundred patients with alcohol dependence diagnosis were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy people were selected as the control group at the same time.Both groups were monitored by natural night polysomnography,and the results were analyzed.Results:Results of polysomnography monitoring in the observation group were SL(31.45±2.35),ATA(13.33±1.56),SE(81.23±1.92)%,SMT(84.55±1.92)%,SI(19.23±1.25)%,RL(74.44±1.45),RA(119.34±2.46)%,RI(25.66±1.10)%,RD(176.56±2.36)%,RT(67.55±1.24).Results of polysomnography monitoring in the control group were SL(18.77±1.12),ATA(25.67±1.02),SE(95.67±1.83)%,SMT(99.34±1.26)%,SI(9.01±1.82)%,RL(89.56±1.82),RA(71.34±1.19)%,RI(15.56±1.92)%,RD(84.55±1.92)%,RT(84.45±1.24).Compared with the control group,the difference of the above results in the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of diagnosis,patients with alcohol dependence can use natural night polysomnography to assist diagnosis,which can significantly improve the diagnostic value,improve their sleep physiological disorders,worthy of research and promotion.
