摘要
目的:研究健康教育对于急诊脑出血患者的作用与效果。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年9月山东省德州市陵城区人民医院重症医学科收治的急诊脑出血患者72例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,观察比较2组的干预结果。结果:在护理后,观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数表(PSQI)评分比较对照组患者更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理后,观察组患者生命质量评分比较对照组患者更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于急诊脑出血患者而言,健康教育能够在得到更为良好护理效果的前提下,提升其生命质量、睡眠质量,建议临床推崇使用。
Objective:To study the effect of health education on emergency cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 72 cases of emergency intracerebral hemorrhage patients admitted to the department of critical care medicine,lingcheng district people′s hospital,dezhou city,shandong province from March 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group,and the intervention results of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After nursing,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with emergency intracerebral hemorrhage,health education can improve their quality of life and sleep on the premise of better nursing effect,so it is recommended to use it in clinical practice.
