耳针疗法结合辩证施膳改善不寐症患者睡眠的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Auricular Acupuncture Combined with Dialectical Feeding in Patients with Infertility

目的:探讨耳针疗法结合辩证施膳改善不寐症患者睡眠的作用。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月茂名市中医院脾胃肝病科收治的不寐症患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组患者按照研究要求,接受耳针疗法结合辩证施膳治疗,对照组患者仅接受耳针疗法治疗。在疗程结束后,对2组患者的临床效果进行评估和比较。结果:治疗后,观察组入睡时间比对照组短,观察组的睡眠质量、睡眠时间均高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳针疗法结合辩证施膳治疗不寐症,能够缩短患者的入睡时间,延长睡眠时间,改善睡眠质量,该治疗方法值得推广应用。

Objective:To Effect of ear acupuncture therapy combined with dialectical diet on sleep improvement of insomnia patients.Methods:Combined with the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the study,the study started in June 2017 and ended in June 2018.Sixty patients with insomnia were selected from the Spleen,Stomach and Liver Diseases Department.The patients in the observation group received ear acupuncture therapy combined with dialectical feeding therapy according to the research requirements,while the patients in the control group received ear acupuncture therapy according to the research requirements.After the study,the clinical effects of the patients were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the sleep time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the sleep quality and sleep time in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The data between the groups showed(P<0.05),indicating that there was statistical significance in this study.Conclusion:Auricular acupuncture combined with dialectical diet can shorten the patient's sleep time,improve the total sleep time,and improve the quality of sleep.This treatment is an ideal and worthy of promotion.
