心理护理+疼痛护理对宫颈癌患者围手术期睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Psychological Pain Nursing on Perioperative Sleep Quality in Cervical Cancer Patients

目的:分析心理护理+疼痛护理的实施对改善宫颈癌患者围手术期睡眠质量的临床效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年9月广州市第一人民医院收治的宫颈癌患者62例作为研究对象,按照计算机表法分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。观察组接受心理护理+疼痛护理干预,对照组接受常规护理干预,对比2组的护理效果。结果:2组护理干预前心理评分进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组睡眠质量评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者接受心理护理+疼痛护理方案,对改善患者负性心理、睡眠质量均有积极的影响。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing plus pain nursing on improving sleep quality of patients with cervical cancer during perioperative period.Methods:A total of 62 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were divided into observation group and control group by computer table,with 31 cases in each group.The observation group was received psychological nursing combined with pain nursing intervention,and the control group was received routine nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in psychological score between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05);after nursing intervention,SAS score and SDS score of observation group were lower than those of control group,and there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Sleep quality scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing plus pain nursing program for patients with cervical cancer has a positive impact on improving the negative psychology and sleep quality of patients.
