暗示性心理护理对三叉神经痛患者情绪及睡眠的影响

Influence of Suggestive Psychological Nursing for Mood and Sleep of Patients with Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的:探讨暗示性心理护理干预对三叉神经痛患者不良情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年4月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的三叉神经痛患者66例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。观察组实施暗示性心理护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预。比较2组患者护理前后的不良情绪焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)及睡眠质量匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、生命质量生命质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)。结果:干预后观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分及PSQI评分均低于对照组,WHOQOL-BREF评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:暗示性心理护理干预对三叉神经痛患者不良情绪的影响显著,可降低焦虑、抑郁程度,改善睡眠质量,提升生命质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the influence of suggestive psychological nursing intervention for adverse emotions and sleep quality of patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:A Total of 66 patients with trigeminal neuralgia from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into observation group 33 cases and control group 33 cases according to the method of random number table.The observation group were with suggestive psychological nursing intervention,the control group were with routine nursing intervention.Then the adverse emotions[anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]before and after the nursing,life quality[quality of life measurement scale(WHOQOL-BREF)]of two groups were compared.Results:The SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of observation group after the nursing were all lower than those of control group,the WHOQOL-BREF score were significantly higher than those of control group,there were all statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The suggestive psychological nursing intervention has significant effects for adverse emotions of patients with trigeminal neuralgia,and it can reduce anxiety and depression,improve sleep quality and quality of life,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
