护理干预在急性心肌梗死并发心源性休克患者中的应用及对睡眠质量影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Cardiogenic Shock

目的:探讨分析护理干预对急性心肌梗死并发心源性休克患者应用价值及睡眠影响。方法:选取自2017年10月至2019年10月于福建省漳州市中医院接受治疗的急性心肌梗死并发心源性休克患者68例作为研究对象,用数字随机表法将68例患者平均分为2组。对照组(34例)患者给予常规护理,而观察组的34例患者接受护理干预,对2组患者的护理效果及睡眠质量进行比较。结果:与对照组比较,观察组的并发症发生率更低、睡眠质量评分更低。结论:护理干预对急性心肌梗死并发心源性休克患者在改善患者的并发症发生率及睡眠质量改善有显著效果,可在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application value and sleep effect of nursing intervention on patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock.Methods:A total of 68 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(34 patients)were given routine nursing,while the observation group(34 patients)received personalized nursing intervention.The nursing effect and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications and sleep quality score of the observation group were lower.Conclusion:Nursing intervention has a significant effect on improving the incidence of complications and sleep quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock,which can be further applied in clinical practice.
