早期康复护理模式对脑卒中患者康复效果及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Model for Rehabilitation Effect and Sleep Quality of Patients with Stroke

目的:探究早期康复护理模式对脑卒中患者效果及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年8月泉州市中医院收治的脑卒中患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组则进行早期康复护理。比较2组护理前后的运动功能Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评分(FMA评分)及睡眠质量匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)。结果:护理后观察组的FMA评分显著高于对照组,PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复护理模式可有效促进脑卒中患者运动功能的恢复及睡眠质量的改善,在临床中值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing mode for the effect and sleep quality of patients with stroke.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2018,90 stroke patients admitted to Quanzhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study object,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random digital table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing.the motor function[Fugl-Meyer limb motor function score(FMA score)]and sleep quality[pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]were compared in group 2 before and after nursing.Results:The FMA score of observation group after the nursing was significantly higher than that of control group,the PSQI score was significantly lower than that of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early rehabilitation nursing mode can effectively promote the recovery of motor function and improvement of sleep quality of patients with stroke,so it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
