刍议鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者睡眠障碍原因分析及护理对策

The Causes and Nursing Countermeasures of Sleep Disorders in Patients with Sinusitis after Nasal Endoscopy were Analyzed

目的:深入分析造成鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜术后睡眠障碍的主要云因及其相关护理对策。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年4月蚌埠市第三人民医院五官科收治的实施鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照,每组40例,通过相关护理干预对影响患者睡眠质量的因素进行观察分析。结果:观察组无论是睡眠改善情况还是睡眠质量指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以相应护理方法干预鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后的睡眠,不但可以有效促使患者睡眠质量的提升,且在某种程度上避免术后并发症的发生,从根本上改善和提升医院整体护理质量和护理效果,故具有广泛应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the main causes of sleep disorder after nasal endoscopy in patients with sinusitis and the nursing countermeasures.Methods:A total of 80 cases of sinusitis patients receiving endoscopic surgery in the third people′s hospital of bengbu city from September 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Factors affecting patients′sleep quality were observed and analyzed through relevant nursing intervention.Results:Both sleep improvement and sleep quality index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:To intervene the sleep after endoscopic surgery for sinusitis with corresponding nursing methods,not only can effectively promote the improvement of patients′sleep quality,and to some extent to avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications,fundamentally improve and enhance the overall quality of hospital care and nursing effect,so it has a wide range of application value.
