综合护理对继发性脑积水患者术后生活能力及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing for Quality of Life and Sleep of Patients with Secondary Hydrocephalus after Operation

目的:探析综合护理对继发性脑积水患者术后生活能力及睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年5月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的行手术治疗的继发性脑积水患者68例作为研究对象,以整群随机化的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行综合护理干预。比较2组干预前后的生活能力及睡眠质量评分。结果:干预前2组的生活能力及睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后2组的生活能力及睡眠质量评分均优于干预前,且观察组的生活能力评分高于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理对继发性脑积水患者术后生活能力及睡眠质量的改善效果较好,在本类患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in improving the quality of life and sleep of patients with secondary hydrocephalus after operation.Methods:A total of 68 patients with secondary hydrocephalus who were treated surgically in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2017 to May 2019 were chosen as the study object,and they were divided into control group 34 cases and study group 34 cases by cluster randomization.The control group were with routine nursing,and the study group were with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The quality of life and sleep of two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results:The quality of life score of two groups before intervention were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the quality of life score of two groups after intervention were better than those before intervention,and the quality of life score of study group after intervention was higher than that of study group,and the sleep score was lower than that of study group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing in improving the quality of life and sleep of patients with secondary hydrocephalus after operation is better,so its application value in these patients is higher.
