细节护理对血液透析尿毒症患者生命质量及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Detailed Nursing in Hemodialysis Room on Life and Sleep Quality of Uremic Patients

目的:探讨血液透析室应用细节护理对尿毒症患者生命质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年6月河北省定州市人民医院血透室进行透析治疗的尿毒症患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用细节护理。护理2个月后,比较2组的生命质量和匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)评分。结果:观察组患者的生命质量和PSQI评分均高于对照(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析室应用细节护理可以明显改善尿毒症患者的生活及睡眠质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of detailed nursing in hemodialysis room on the quality of life and sleep of uremic patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with uremia who came to Hemodialysis Room,Dingzhou People′s Hospital for dialysis treatment were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given detailed nursing.After 2 months of nursing,the quality of life and Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)were compared between the two groups.Results:The quality of life and PSQI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detailed nursing in hemodialysis room can significantly improve the quality of life and sleep of uremic patients,and has clinical popularization value.
