护理干预对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量和生命质量的影响评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality and Quality of Life in Patients with Lung Cancer Chemotherapy

目的:研究护理干预对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量与生命质量的影响作用。方法:选取2018年1—12月于福建省立医院接受化疗的肺癌患者84例作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以护理干预,比较2组患者的睡眠质量评分、生命质量评分以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的PSQI睡眠质量评分、QLQ-CCC生命质量评分、观察组患者的护理满意度均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为肺癌化疗患者实施护理干预,对提升患者睡眠质量、改善生命质量均有积极帮助,还可使患者对护理服务更加满意。

Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality and quality of life in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods:Eighty-six patients with lung cancer underwent chemotherapy in our department were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.42 patients in the reference group were given routine nursing care,and 42 patients in the experimental group were treated with nursing intervention.The sleep quality score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.And satisfaction with care.Results:The PSQI sleep quality score,QLQ-CCC quality of life score,and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group,and the comparison between groups was P<0.05.Conclusion:Nursing intervention for patients with lung cancer chemotherapy can be helpful to improve the quality of sleep and improve the quality of life,and can make patients more satisfied with nursing services.
