无创持续气道正压通气对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的影响

Efficacy of Noninvasive Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Ventilation in Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者(Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome,OSAHS)实行无创通气的疗效情况进行评价。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年1月成武县中医医院内科收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。随后对这50例患者共同实行无创通气治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后的血清指标变化情况以及相关评分加以比对。结果:治疗2组后患者PSQI评分、Epwerth嗜睡量表评分以及患者呼吸暂停低通气指数等评分均较治疗前偏低,而生命质量评分显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗以后患者一氧化氮以及血氧分压水平均高于治疗前,而金属基质蛋白酶9、C反应蛋白、内皮素1及血脑钠肽等均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将无创通气治疗方式应用至OSAHS患者当中,可显著提升患者睡眠质量,让患者在睡眠期间呼吸畅通,且治疗效果显著。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of noninvasive ventilation in patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 50 patients with obstructive sleep apnea admitted to chengwu county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.Subsequently,the 50 patients were treated with noninvasive ventilation,and the serum index changes and relevant scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,PSQI score,Epwerth somnolence scale score and apnea hypopnea index score of patients in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment,while the quality of life score was significantly higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide and blood oxygen partial pressure were higher than before treatment,while MMPS 9,c-reactive protein,endothelin 1 and blood brain natriuretic peptide were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of non-invasive ventilation to OSAHS patients can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients and make them breathe freely during sleep,and the treatment effect is significant.
