睡眠护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的改善效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Sleep Nursing in the Improvement of Sleep Disorder of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:分析睡眠护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠障碍的改善效果。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年8月厦门市仙岳医院收治的精神分裂症合并睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行睡眠护理。比较2组干预前后的睡眠质量及精神分裂症症状评分。结果:干预后观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:睡眠护理可显著改善精神分裂症患者的睡眠质量,缓解患者的精神分裂症状,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of sleep nursing in the improvement of sleep disorder of patients with Schizophrenia.Methods:80 patients with schizophrenia complicated with sleep disorders in Xianyue Hospital in Xiamen City from August 2017 to August 2018 were divided into routine group and intervention group with 40 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.The routine group were with routine nursing,while the intervention group were with sleep nursing on the basis of routine group.Then the sleep quality and schizophrenic symptoms of two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results:After the intervention,The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS)scores of intervention group after the intervention were significantly lower than those of routine group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sleep nursing can significantly improve the sleep quality and alleviate the schizophrenic symptoms of patients with schizophrenia,so it is worthy of promotion.
