围合式公共建筑围护结构的节能特点和节能潜力分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究公共建筑的围护结构在各气候区的节能特点和节能潜力,以一栋典型的围合式建筑为研究对象,根据相关标准规范,通过EnergyPlus分别模拟分析办公、学校、酒店三种公共建筑类型的单项围护结构在各气候区代表城市中的节能特点和节能潜力.结果表明,提高外墙和屋面热工性能,冬季节能效果较好,屋面在夏季节能效果甚微,外墙在夏季基本不节能;提高外窗热工性能,冬夏两季均有较好的节能效果.不同类型公共建筑的围护结构,在各代表城市中的节能潜力不同,基于此得出不同的节能潜力排序. In order to study the energy saving characteristics and energy saving potential of the enclosure structure of public buildings in various climatic zones,a typical enclosed building was selected as the research object.According to the relevant standards and specifications,the energy saving characteristics and energy saving potential of three public building types of single enclosure structures of office buildings,schools and hotels in the representative cities of each climate zone were simulated and analyzed by EnergyPlus.The results show that the energy-saving effect is remarkable in winter when the thermal performance of exterior walls and roofs is improved.The energy-saving effect of roof is not obvious in summer.And the exterior walls almost do not save energy in summer.When the thermal performance of the window is improved,the energy-saving effect is good both in winter and summer.The envelope structures of different types of public buildings have different energy-saving potential in different representative cities.Based on this,different ranking of energy-saving potential is obtained.
