论高校网络文化的意识形态功能

On the Ideological Function of College Network Culture

高校网络文化是一种由高校师生共建、传播、共享的以大学校园为聚合点的网络文化,具有舆论引导、理论阐释、力量凝聚、思想教育等意识形态功能。当前,由于存在主体参与缺位、内容质量不高等问题,高校网络文化意识形态功能发挥受到一定程度的制约。文章从坚持和加强党对高校网络文化工作的领导、大力提升高校网络文化内容品质、构建高校网络文化平台体系、提升高校网络文化工作队伍能力四个方面,提出了强化高校网络文化的意识形态功能的对策。

College network culture is a kind of network culture which is built,spread and shared by teachers and students in university.Its ideological functions are public opinion guidance,theoretical explanation,strength condensing and ideology education.At present,due to the absence of subject and the low quality content of the college network culture,its ideological function is restricted to some extent.This paper puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the consciousness function of network culture in colleges and universities in aspect of adhering to and strengthening the party's leadership in the work of college network culture,vigorously improving the quality of the content of college network culture,constructing the platform system of network culture in colleges and universities,and improving the ability of the team of network culture in colleges and universities.
