肺炎敷背散不同外敷时间治疗痰热闭肺型小儿肺炎的疗效比较

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Feiyan Fubei Powder Treating Infantile Pneumonia (Phlegm-heat Obstruction of Lung syndrome) with Different External Application time

目的:观察肺炎敷背散外敷结合西医常规治疗对于肺炎喘嗽(痰热闭肺证)患儿的临床疗效,为小儿肺炎的综合治疗提供更多有效手段。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例住院患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组、15min外敷组、25min外敷组3组,每组20例。治疗7d后,比较3组治疗的有效率及肺炎主要症状、体征改善情况。结果:对照组、15min外敷组、25min外敷组有效率分别为70%、90%、95%,3组有效率比较具有显著性差异;在肺部听诊、咳痰、痰壅的改善上,25min外敷组明显优于其余2组,差异有统计学意义;而在气喘及发热症状的改善上无显著差异。结论:25min外敷组在有效率及改善咳嗽、痰壅、肺部听诊方面与15min外敷组、对照组相比有明显优势。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Feiyan Fubei powder external application combined with western medicine routine treatment on children with pneumonia asthma (phlegm heat closed lung syndrome),and provide more effective means for comprehensive treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods:Sixty hospitalized children who met the inclusion criteria were divided into three groups:control group,15min external application group and 25min external application group,with 20 patients in each group.After 7 days of treatment,the efficacy of the three groups were compared,and the main symptoms and signs of pneumonia were improved.Results:The effective rates of the control group,15min topical application group,and 25min topical application group were 70%,90%,and 95%,respectively.There was a significant difference in the effective rates among the three groups;in the improvement of lung auscultation,sputum,and sputum,25min The external application group was significantly better than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant;but there was no significant difference in the improvement of asthma and fever symptoms.Conclusion:The 25-min topical group has obvious advantages over the 15-min topical group and the control group in terms of effectiveness and improvement of cough,phlegm,and auscultation of the lungs.
