从痰热论治AECOPD初探

Discussion on the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease from Phlegm-heat

结合古籍记载、现代文献及临床观察,认为慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中医证型以痰热蕴肺证为主,治疗以清热化痰为主,恢复肺气清肃之性为要,清热祛痰的同时根据证候变化配伍应用健脾祛湿、益气养阴、活血化瘀药物,列述常用药物以指导临床治疗。

Combined with ancient records,modern literature and clinical observation,we think the principal TCM syndrome of AECOPD is syndrome of phlegm-heat accumulated in lung.The main principles of the treatment of AECOPD is clearing heat and resolving phlegm,which keep the lung-qi pure and descendant.At the same time,according to the change of syndromes,the drugs of invigorating spleen to clearing damp,invigorating qi and nourishing yin,activating blood and removing blood stasis were combined.We list traditional Chinese medicine which is often used,what we do in order to guide clinical treatment.
