痛风石的非药物疗法及其研究进展

痛风石是痛风日久,尿酸盐晶体沉积于体内引起的典型的临床表现,可以造成关节的畸形、活动受限、甚至发生皮肤破溃和感染,还会给痛风石患者的心理健康造成伤害。因此及时诊断和积极有效的治疗,对于痛风石患者非常重要。国内外指南所推荐的药物并没有涵盖所有类型的痛风患者,特别是是病情严重以及有使用禁忌证从而不可使用相应药物治疗的痛风患者,因此,这就需要使用非药物疗法为这一类痛风患者解除病痛,从而提高他们的生活质量。痛风石的治疗有药物疗法和非药物疗法,中西医的非药物疗法在治疗痛风石方面都具有良好的疗效。

Rheumatoid is a typical clinical manifestation caused by gout for a long time and urate crystals deposited in the body,which can cause joint deformity,limited movement,even skin ulceration and infection,and also cause harm to the mental health of patients with gout.Therefore,timely diagnosis and active and effective treatment are very important for patients with gout.The drugs recommended in the national and international guidelines do not cover all types of gout patients,especially those who are seriously ill and have contraindications that prevent them from being treated with appropriate drugs.Therefore,non-drug therapy is needed to relieve such gout patients and improve their quality of life.The treatment of tophus includes drug therapy and non-drug therapy.The non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine has good curative effect in treating tophus.
