摘要
“健康中国2030”战略将健康提升到了前所未有的高度,给中国医学事业发展和医学人才培养带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。医学教育中常用的模式都是基于临床相关课程提出的,常常无法满足“新医科”要求下医学生综合素质教育的需要。本文以健康管理课程为切入点,探索运用倡导促动理论开展相关课程教学的优势及可能性,扩展了现有的医学生教学方法,为培养符合新时代要求的医学生提供新的思路。
National health plays an incomparably important role in modern China since the“Healthy China 2030”strategy was proposed,bringing unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the development of China’s medical enterprise and the cultivation of medical talent.The commonly used models in medical education are proposed based on clinical related courses,which often fail to meet the needs of comprehensive quality education for medical students under the requirements of“New Medical Mode”.Taking the health management course as the starting point,this paper explores the advantages and possibilities of carrying out relevant course teaching by using the Theory of Advocacy,expands the existing teaching methods of medical students,and provides new ideas for training medical students in line with the requirements of the new era.
