在临床带教中运用循证理念对本科护生评判性思维的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究临床带教中运用循证护理理念对本科护生批判性思维的影响。方法选择2016年7月至2017年6月在广州市某三甲医院骨科实习的本科护生70例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组用传统的教学模式干预,观察组进行循证护理理念模式教学干预,比较2组批判性思维能力的差异。结果2组护生在批判性思维能力方面,观察组的总分分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床带教中运用循证护理能提高本科护生评判性思维能力。 Objective To explore the Influence of using evidence-based concept in the clinical teaching on critical thinking of undergraduate nursing students.Methods Seventy undergraduate nursing students who were internships in a department of orthopedics in a hospital in Guangzhou from July 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was intervened with the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group conducted the teaching intervention of the evidence-based nursing concept model.The difference in the critical thinking ability between the two groups was compared.Results In the critical thinking ability of the two groups of nursing students,the total score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing in clinical teaching can improve the critical thinking ability of undergraduate nursing students.
