自新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎爆发以来,给人们的生产生活及心理带来了严重影响,多数人出行受限,不同人群在家中时患眼病的危险因素不尽相同,目前未有充足的证据表明新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎通过结膜传染,因此在家且周边无疑似病例及确诊病例时无需刻意眼部防护,如佩戴护目镜等。佩戴隐形眼镜或角膜塑形镜的人群更应注意手卫生与镜片的防护;在家上网课或使用电子产品时应调成护眼模式,防止用眼过度;老年人适量运动,在预防新型冠状病毒肺炎的同时也应预防年龄相关性眼病;糖尿病、高血压等有基础疾病者应注意按时服药,定期监测血糖、血压等,合理饮食;妊娠期孕妇如发生突然视力下降或视物变形、中心暗点应在做好防护的前提下就诊。本文对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中各类人群的眼病的危险因素及预防措施进行了探讨。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19,it has severely affected people’s production,life and psychology.Most people have restricted travel,and different groups of people have different risk factors for eye disease at home.At present,there is not enough evidence to show that COVID-19 is transmitted through the conjunctiva,so there is no need to deliberate eye protection,such as wearing goggles,at home and in the surroundings without doubt.People who wear contact lenses or orthokeratology should pay more attention to hand hygiene and lens protection;when using online lessons at home or using electronic products,they should be adjusted to eye protection mode to prevent excessive eye use;appropriate exercise for the elderly to prevent new coronavirus At the same time as pneumonia,age-related eye diseases should be prevented,people with basic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension should pay attention to taking medicines on a regular basis,regularly monitoring blood sugar,blood pressure,etc.,and eating properly,pregnant women during pregnancy,if sudden vision loss or deformed vision,dark center points should be treated under the premise of good protection.This article discussed the risk factors and preventive measures for eye diseases in various groups of people in the COVID-19.
