中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19

目的分析和总结中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)现状,为中医药防治相关疾病提供参考。方法采用文献计量学方法,以中国知网收录的中医药防治新冠肺炎相关研究的中文文献(截至2020年2月29日)为研究对象,对文献的发表时间、研究内容、期刊分布、研究机构、关键词进行统计和分析。结果共检索出153篇相关文献,自2020年2月中医药防治新冠肺炎的文献量呈增长趋势,研究内容主要集中新冠肺炎的辨证论治和医家的临床诊治经验等方面,发表于41种期刊,核心期刊发文占文献总量的64.7%,研究机构主要为中医各大院校及医院。结论中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎相关文献的发表速度较快,但研究内容的广度与深度需进一步提高,完善中医临床研究方法学,深入探索新型冠状病毒肺炎证治规律与中药作用机制。

Objective To analyze and summarize the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 and provide reference for the research of prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Biblomettric methods were adopted and the literatures on the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by traditional Chinese medicine collected by CNKI were regarded as the research objects to make statistics and analysis of the publication time,research contents,journal distribution,research institutions and keywords(up to February 29,2020).Results A total of 153 related literatures were retrieved and the main contents of this study were the syndrome differentiation and treatments of COVID-19 and the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatments of doctors since February 2020,the amount of literature on the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by traditional Chinese medicine has shown an explosive growth.The study was published in 41 journals and the amount of core journals’publications accounts for 64.7 percent of the total amount of literatures.Research institutions mainly come from Chinese medicine institutions and hospitals.Conclusion Research on the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by traditional Chinese medicine is abundant,but the breadth and depth of the research contents need to be further improved and we should improve the methodology of TCM clinical research and explore in depth the rule of COVID-19 and the mechanism of Chinese medicine.
