清营汤联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗慢性酒精中毒性脑病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Qingying Decoction Combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Treatment of Chronic Alcoholism Encephalopathy

目的探讨清营汤联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗慢性酒精中毒性脑病的临床疗效。方法选择2018年4月—2019年4月进行治疗的慢性酒精中毒性脑病患者88例为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用重复经颅磁刺激方式进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合清营汤进行治疗,1个月后对治疗效果进行评估,比较2组临床疗效、日常生活能力。结果2组患者经过1个月的治疗,观察组治疗总有效率达到97.72%,对照组治疗总有效率为68.18%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者经过治疗之后,观察组患者在认知功能、行为能力、心理状况等方面评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清营汤联合重复经颅磁刺激对慢性酒精中毒性脑病患者进行治疗,能够提高其治疗效果,改善患者日常生活能力,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingying decoction combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of chronic alcoholism encephalopathy.Methods 88 patients with chronic alcoholic encephalopathy who came to our hospital for treatment from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation,and the observation group was treated with Qingying decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect was evaluated one month later,and the clinical efficacy and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group reached 97.72%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 68.18%,which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the observation group in cognitive function,behavioral ability,psychological status and other aspects were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingying decoction combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve the therapeutic effect and daily living ability of patients with chronic alcoholism encephalopathy.
