升陷汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shengxian Decoction in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察基于常规药物联合升陷汤加减对冠心病心绞痛的疗效,并对其作用机理进行探究。方法将88例诊断为冠心病心绞痛的患者随机分成2组,每组均44例。对照组予常规冠心病心绞痛用药,治疗组基于常规药物联合升陷汤加减口服,疗程4周,观察并记录2组患者治疗前后心绞痛发作情况、持续时间、硝酸甘油含服用量、心肌耗氧量、西雅图心绞痛评分量表(SAQ)评分,对临床疗效进行统计并比较。结果除对照组的体力受限程度、疾病认知度外,2组的SAQ其余各项评分、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、硝酸甘油含服量及心肌耗氧量治疗前后比较,均具有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。除疾病认知度外,2组间治疗后的SAQ其余各项评分、心绞痛发作情况、硝酸甘油含服用量、心肌耗氧量进行比较,有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为88.64%,显著优于对照组的65.91%,组间比较有统计学差异(х^2=8.923,P=0.012<0.05)。结论基于常规药物联合升陷汤加减用药可有效改善冠心病心绞痛患者临床症状,降低心绞痛发作次数及心肌耗氧,疗效优于常规治疗。

Objective To observe the curative effect of regular western medicine combined with Shengxian decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods 88 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group(n=44)and control group(n=44).The control group was intervened by regular western medicine.The treatment group was treated with modified Shengxian decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given 4 weeks of the treatment.The symptoms including angina attack,nitroglycerin dosage,myocardial oxygen consumption,Seattle Angina score(SAQ)of the patients before and after treatment were measured and compared.Results In addition to the degree of physical limitation and disease cognition in the control group,there were significant differences in SAQ scores,angina attack times,duration,nitroglycerin content and myocardial oxygen consumption before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in angina attack times,duration,nitroglycerin content,myocardial oxygen consumption,degree of physical limitation,stable state of angina pectoris,attack condition and treatment satisfaction score between the two groups(P<0.05).The total symptom score was 88.64%in the treatment group and 65.91%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(х^2=8.923,P=0.012<0.05).Conclusion Based on the combination of conventional drugs,Shengxian decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,reduce the number of angina pectoris attacks and myocardial oxygen consumption,and the curative effect is better than the conventional treatment.
