摘要 本文以百日草种子为试验材料,采用培养皿纸上发芽法和室内模拟单盐胁迫的方法,研究了不同盐浓度Na2SO4(0、50、100、150、200、250mmol/L)和Na2CO3(0、30、60、90、120、150mmol/L)对百日草种子萌发生长的反应,并测定种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽长、胚根长等相关指标。试验结果表明:1、不同单盐胁迫下,百日草种子发芽高峰时间推迟,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数显著降低,且随着Na2SO4和Na2CO3这两种盐浓度的增加,抑制作用显著增强;2、高浓度的碱性盐对百日草种子的胚根、胚芽的生长抑制较中性盐显著,且对胚根生长抑制更强;3、确定百日草种子耐盐浓度:Na2SO4和Na2CO3的适宜浓度分别为Na2SO491.12mmol/L、Na2CO315.06mmol/L;耐盐半致死浓度为Na2SO4150.64mmol/L、Na2CO362.23mmol/L;耐盐极限浓度为Na2SO4245.88mmol/L、Na2CO3137.70mmol/L。综上,2种不同浓度的盐溶液对百日草种子萌发指标所表现的抑制作用大小为Na2CO3> Na2SO4。 Based on the Zinnia elegans seeds as test materials, the germination method and the indoor petri dish paper simulation method of the single salt stress, studies the different salt concentration of Na2 SO4(0,50, 100, 150, 200, 250 mmol/L) and Na2 CO3(0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 mmol/L) on germination and growth behavior of Zinnia elegans seeds reaction, and the determination of seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, the length of embryo and radicle and related indicators. Experimental results show that: 1. the different sheet under salt stress, the Zinnia elegans seeds germination peak delayed,germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index decreased significantly, and as the Na2 SO4 and Na2 CO3 this two kinds of the increase of salt concentration, inhibition significantly enhanced;2. The high concentration of alkaline salt has a significant effect on the growth inhibition of the radicle and the germ of the seeds, and the growth inhibition of the radicle is stronger. 3. Determine the salinity tolerance of Zinnia elegans seed: Na2 SO4 and Na2 CO3 respectively, the appropriate concentrations are Na2 SO491.12 mmol/L, Na2 CO3 15.06 mmol/L;The semi-lethal concentration of salt tolerance was Na2 SO4150.64 mmol/L, Na2 CO3 62.23 mmol/L;The salt tolerance concentration was Na2 SO4 245.88 mmol/L,Na2 CO3 137.70 mmol/L To sum up, the inhibitory effect of 2 different concentrations of salt solution on the germination index of the Zinnia elegans grass seed was Na2 CO3 > Na2 SO4.
