摘要
该试验通过单因素试验和正交试验,探讨不同碳源、氮源对滑子菇新品种液体培养基菌丝生物量的影响。结果得出滑子菇新品种的最佳液体培养基是玉米粉3.0%、葡萄糖2.5%、麸皮3.5%、黄豆粉2.7%。
Through single factor test and orthogonal test,the effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources on the mycelia biomass in liquid medium of a new mushroom variety were investigated.Results the best liquid medium for the new mushroom variety was corn flour 3.0%,glucose 2.5%,bran 3.5%and soybean flour 2.7%.
