摘要 针对火力发电机组的系统过程控制对象特点,技术员结合过程控制原理,设计了高级过程控制实验系统,采用以双容水箱控制系统为基础的控制对象系统,加DCS控制系统的双调节模式,能够实现各种时序控制、位式控制、多个PID回路同时控制、SCS程控控制,以及故障联锁保护、紧急联锁停车保护控制等。本文阐述了将DCS控制试验与仿真系统投入到运行及热工人员的专业培训中的作用,提升了人员的运维水平,减少了系统的误操作,具有一定的借鉴意义。 According to the characteristics of the system process control object of thermal power unit,the advanced process control test system is designed by technicians combining the principle of process control.The system adopts double-tank control system as basis,and adds the double regulation mode of DCS control system to realize various time sequence control,bit control,simultaneous control of multiple PID circuits,SCS program control,fault interlocking protection,and emergency interlocking shutdown protection control,etc.The paper expounds the role of applying the DCS control test and simulation system into the operation and professional training of thermal personnel,which greatly improves the operation and maintenance level of personnel and reduces the incorrect operation of the system,it has reference value.
