国产某机型风电机组实现高速刹车温度监测功能研究 被引量:2

摘要 近些年,在国内各种风机火灾事故的案例中,由高速刹车故障导致的风机火灾事故屡见不鲜,高速刹车故障大部分由机械故障导致,而机械故障无法做到像电气故障那样,能够很方便、精确地依靠一般性监测技术实时掌握,因此由高速刹车故障导致的风机火灾事故也很难做到第一时间发现、采取措施,最终导致机舱着火,财产损失巨大。本文主要研究国产某机型风电机组(发电功率2MW)如何实现高速刹车系统温度监测功能,通过该功能的实现,一方面让中控系统第一时间报出故障,自动停机,防止事故扩大;另一方面及时通知到运维人员,能够在第一时间采取措施,避免机组火灾事故发生。 In recent years,in various cases of fan fire accidents in China,it is often to see the accidents caused by high-speed brake failure. Most of the failures are caused by mechanical failures,and the failures can’t be easily and accurately grasped in real time by general monitoring technology as electrical failures.Therefore,it’s difficult to find out the accidents and take measures at the first time,which eventually leads to engine room fire and huge property loss. This paper mainly studies how to realize the temperature monitoring function of the high-speed braking system of a domestic wind turbine(generating power 2 MW). Through the realization of this function,on the one hand,the central control system can report the fault at the first time and stop automatically,prevent the expansion of the accident;on the other hand,inform the operation and maintenance personnel in time,and take measures at the first time to avoid the occurrence of the unit fire accidents.
