摘要
基于GIS平台,构建与海口市美兰区自然环境和社会经济环境相适应的评价体系,选取区位、交通、资源等5个方面的评价因子,对美兰区共享农庄建设用地适宜性进行评价.根据最后分值,将建设用地划分为适宜发展区、较适宜发展区和不适宜发展区,研究结果表明,美兰区共享农庄适宜性最高区域大多位于灵山镇、演丰镇等地区,不适宜区域大多位于滨海、滨湖区域.城市建设用地适宜性评价进一步丰富地区土地适宜性评价体系,为美兰区共享农庄的合理选址规划、科学发展建设提供参考依据.
Based on the GIS platform,an evaluation system that fits the natural context and social economic context of Meilan District of Haikou was built,and five aspects including the location,transportation and resources,etc.were selected as the evaluation factors to evaluate the suitability of the construction land for the shared farms in Meilan District of Haikou.Based on the final evaluation scores,the construction land is divided into three types:areas very suitable for development,areas suitable for development and areas unsuitable for development.It’s concluded that most of the areas with the highest suitability for shared farms in Meilan District are located in Lingshan Town,Yanfeng Town,etc.and the unsuitable areas are mostly located in the coastal and lakeside areas.The suitability evaluation of urban construction land further enriches the regional land suitability evaluation system,and provides reference for the rational site selection,planning and scientific development of the shared farms in Meilan District.
