1,4-环己烷二甲酸顺反比例对耐紫外聚酯弹性体PCCD-PTMG的性能影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 以1,4-环己烷二甲酸(CHDA)、1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)和聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)为原料,制备新型耐紫外聚酯弹性体聚(1,4-环己烷二甲酸-1,4-环己烷二甲醇)-聚四氢呋喃(PCCD-PTMG).通过改变硬段中反式CHDA比例来探究其对聚酯弹性体的影响.结果显示,随着共聚物中反式CHDA含量的不断提高(从35%逐步调整到94%),弹性体慢慢由无定型态转变成半结晶态,透光性由89.8%降低到71.3%,耐紫外性逐渐降低,拉伸强度由7 MPa提高到25 MPa,断裂伸长率由81%提高到989%.确定该新型弹性体的光学和力学运用范围,为其将来投入实际应用打下基础. A novel UV-resistant polyester elastomer PCCD-PTMG was prepared by using CHDA,CHDM and PTMG as raw materials.The effect on the polyester elastomer was investigated by changing the ratio of trans CHDA in the hard segment.As the content of trans CHDA in the copolymer increased from 35%to 94%,the results showed that the elastomer changed from amorphous to semi-crystalline,the light transmittance decreased from 89.8%to 71.3%,and the UV resistance gradually decreased.The tensile strength increased from 7 MPa to 25 MPa,and the elongation at break increased from 81%to 989%.Determine the optical and mechanical application range of the new elastomer,and lay the foundation for its future practical application.
