CA199、CA125、CEA联合应用在炎症性肠病早期筛查中的价值研究

Clinical significance of combination detection of CA199,CA125,CEA in early screening of inflammatory bowel diseases

目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物CA199、CA125、CEA联合应用在炎症性肠病早期筛查中的应用效果和价值。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月接收的炎症性肠病住院患者86例、结直肠癌患者75例和体检健康的志愿者100例,炎症性肠病患者为疾病组,健康体检人员为健康组。分别采用内镜检查、病理检查、血清指标检测方式,分析检测的敏感性。结果炎症性肠病患者血清中CA199、CA125、CEA表达水平低于结直肠肿瘤患者高于健康人群(P<0.05)。CA199、CA125、CEA检查方式在炎症性肠病筛查过程中,敏感性高于内镜检查、病理检查。结论将CA199、CA125、CEA联合应用于早期炎症性肠病的诊断中,能够实现对炎症性肠病的早期发现,对于降低炎症性肠病进一步发展、结直肠癌发病概率,具有突出作用,更易被受检人群接受。

Objective To investigate the application effects and significance of combination detection of serum tumor markers-CA199,CA125 and CEA in early screening of inflammatory bowel diseases.Methods A total of 86 patients with inflammatory bowel diseases who were hospitalized and treated in our hospital from January 2015 and January 2018 were enrollrd in the study,moreover,75 patients with colorectal cancer and 100 healthy volunteers were enrolled as the research objects.All lthe subjects underwent endoscopic examination,pathological examination,serum index detection to analyze the sensitivity of these examination methods,moreover,the test acceptability investigation was performed.Results The expression levels of CA199,CA125 and CEA in serum of patients with inflammatory bowel diseases were significantly lower than those of patients with colorectal tumor,however,which were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects(P<0.05).The sensitivity of detection of CA199,CA125,CEA in screening inflammatory bowel diseases was significantly higher than that by endoscopic examination and pathological examination.Conclusion The combined application of detection of CA199,CA125 and CEA in diagnosis of early inflammatory bowel diseases can realize the early discovery of inflammatory bowel disease,which can inhibit the further development of inflammatory bowel disease,moreover,which is more easily accepted by the subjects.
