摘要
白细胞介素1(Interleukin-1,IL-1)不仅可作为促炎细胞因子,还可作为中枢性疲劳途径的主要介质,促炎细胞因子向大脑的信号传导可能导致严重的疲劳。IL-1包含两个亚组IL-1α和IL-1β。最近研究表明,促炎细胞因子特别是IL-1α和IL-1β在中枢性疲劳的发展中起着重要作用。IL-1α和IL-1β与疲劳严重程度相关、IL-1抑制剂在一定程度上可缓解疲劳。文章将从IL-1的生物功能、在中枢神经系统中的作用以及IL-1与各种炎症和非炎症性疾病疲劳之间的关系等方面作一综述。
Leukocytosis 1(Interleukin-1,IL-1)is not only regarded as an inflammatory cytokine,but also as the main medium of the central fatigue pathway,the signal transduction of proinflammatory cytokine to brain may lead to severe fatigue.IL-1 contains two subgroups-IL-1 alpha and IL-1 beta.Recent studies have shown that proinflammatory cytokines,especially IL-1 alpha and IL-1 beta,play an important role in the development of central fatigue.IL-1 alpha and IL-1 beta are correlated with fatigue severity,and IL-1 inhibitors can alleviate fatigue to some extent.This article will review the biological function of IL-1,its role in the central nervous system,and the correlation between IL-1 and fatigue of various inflammatory and non-inflammatory diseases.
