社会力量参与群众文化品牌活动的滁州探索——以“出彩滁州人演出季”为例

On Social Forces Participation in Mass Cultural Brand Activities in Chuzhou

开展群众文化活动主体的多元化,利于整合各种资源和各方力量,能够推动公共文化服务供给侧结构性改革的向前发展。近年来,滁州市通过创新活动组织模式,创建具有滁州特色的群众文化活动品牌,提升滁州公共文化服务效益。文章结合滁州实践,梳理了社会力量参与下的“出彩滁州人演出季”群众文化品牌活动的创新实践,对社会力量参与演出季品牌活动所产生的成效进行全面的总结。通过对社会力量参与滁州群众文化品牌活动建设现状描述和分析,提出应在已有的创新实践基础上,从健全管理标准、培育社会力量、构建多元供给、打造文化联动平台等方面思考,构架社会力量参与群众文化品牌活动长效发展策略。

The diversification of the main body of mass cultural activities is conducive to the integration of various resources and forces and promotes the development of the supply-side structural reform of public cultural services.In recent years,Chuzhou municipal government has innovated the organization mode of activities,established the brand of mass cultural activities with Chuzhou characteristics,and improved the efficiency of Chuzhou public cultural services.Based on the practice of Chuzhou,this paper studies the innovative practice of the mass cultural brand activities of the“Performance Seasons for Amazing Chuzhou Citizens”under the participation of social forces,and comprehensively summarizes the effects of social forces participating in mass cultural activities.By describing and analyzing the status of social forces participating in the construction of Chuzhou mass cultural brand activities,this paper puts forward the suggestion that based on existing innovation practices the aspects of perfecting management standards,cultivating social forces,constructing pluralistic supply,building cultural coordination platform and so on should be considered to construct a long-term development strategy for social forces participating in mass cultural brand activities.
