乡风文明是乡村振兴的重要内核和灵魂所在。新时代加快推进乡风文明治理显得尤为迫切,同时也遭遇了许多问题,如农村传统孝道日渐式微、迷信活动封建思想沉碴泛起、价值观扭曲攀比奢靡之风盛行、农村治理失效人际关系松散、农民主体意识淡薄进取精神缺乏。造成农村乡风不正的原因是多方面的,如发展观念错位、自治组织功能弱化、乡风文明长效机制缺乏等。新时代推进乡风文明治理,需要强化正确价值观的引领作用、加大村镇自治组织的培育力度、发挥行政引导建立长效机制、加强对不正乡风的综合治理。

Rural civilization is the core and soul of rural revitalization.In the new era,it is particularly urgent to speed up the civilized governance of rural civilization.At the same time,we have also encountered many issues,such as the decline of traditional filial piety,the far-reaching influence of feudal ideas and superstitious ideas,the prevailing trend of comparison and waste,the increasingly loose interpersonal relationship,and the lack of enterprising spirit.There are many causes for the corrupted moralities in rural areas,such as the misplacement of development concept,the weakening of the function of autonomous organizations,and the lack of long-term mechanism of rural culture and civilization.In the new era,the development of rural civilization needs the guiding role of administrative forces,strengthening the cultivation of autonomous organizations,constructing a long-term mechanism,and improving the comprehensive rectification of unhealthy rural cultures.
