摘要
以尺寸为30 mm×12 mm×6 mm的对焊试样模拟焊接钻齿的高温回火实验,进行了激光钻头焊后热处理的工艺研究。通过热处理试验确定高温回火热处理能有效提升接头部位抗弯强度,并通过实验结果对比在500℃~700℃高温回火区间确定了最佳处理温度及优选了冷却介质。
The PWHT of welding laser bit was studied by high-temperature tempering experiment with bit tooth simulation sample in the size of 30mm×12mm×6mm.The tempering experiment showed that high temperature tempering promoted the welded splice's bending strength effectually.By the heat treatment test,it was determined that the high temperature heat treatment effectively improved the bending strength of the joint,and by the comparison of the experimental results,the best treatment temperature and cooling medium were defined in the high temperature tempering range of 500℃~700℃.
