基于层次分析法的网络信息资源评价研究

网络信息资源种类繁杂、价值不一,这使得网络用户难以判断网络信息资源的质量和价值.研究网络信息资源质量评价标准,设计一套合理科学且可行的质量评价指标体系.以许昌学院图书馆网站为例,采用层次分析法用"1-9标度法"构建判断矩阵,得出各个指标的权重总排序并进行一致性检验,构建带"合成权重"的指标体系,最终得出评价网络学术信息资源的重要指标,并描述如何科学地评价网络信息资源,为用户选择网络信息资源提供指导.

The variety and value of network information resources are complex,which makes it difficult for network users to judge the quality and value of them.This paper studies the evaluation standard of network information resources,and designs a reasonable,scientific and feasible quality evaluation index system.Taking the website of Xuchang University Library as an example,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and"1-9 scale method"to construct the judgment matrix,so as to obtain the total order of the weights of each index for consistency test;then constructs the index system with"composite weight".Finally,we get the important index to evaluate the network’s academic information resources,and describe how to evaluate the network information resources scientifically to provide guidance for users to choose the network information resources.
