On March 26, 2020, constructionwas in full force on a coaloffloadingwharf for thelargest coal-fired power station in thePhilippines on Manila Bay. The projectwas contracted by the Company ofChina Communications Construction(CCCC) Third Harbor Engineering Co.,Ltd.Jeff Aricila, a Philippine technicianfrom Bataan Province on LuzonIsland, was working in the controlroom of the P16 pile driving barge. Ona 17-inch screen, he closely followedprogress of underwater installationof a 1,500-meter-long high-densitypolyethylene (HDPE) drainage pipeline,a critical step of the project.
