摘要 在工业自动化领域中,冗余指出于系统安全和可靠性等方面的考虑,人为地对一些关键部件或功能进行重复的配置。当系统发生故障时,比如某一设备发生损坏,冗余配置的部件可以作为备援,及时介入并承担故障部件的工作,由此减少系统的故障时间。冗余尤用于应急处理。在现有工业自动化模拟信号采集技术领域,通常是现场传感器、调理电路、ADC采集后输入到MCU进行处理,正常使用不存在任何问题。一旦产品本身出现影响现场使用的故障,将直接导致现场运行停止,影响正常的生产运行。本论文基于系统设计原理,增加冗余采集功能,产品正常工作期间,根据用户需要正常输入现场模拟信号采集值,若其中一个模块出现故障不能正常采集,则冗余模块可以继续采集现场信号供系统采纳使用,确保现场设备运行正常,不影响生产运行。同时用户可以通过更换故障产品的方式,恢复现场冗余产品采集功能,确保现场一直处于冗余采集工作模式。 In the field of industrial automation, redundancy refers to the artificial and repeated configuration of some key components or functions in consideration of system safety and reliability. In case of a system failure, such as the failure of a certain device, redundant components can be used as backup to intervene in time and take on the work of the failed components, thus reducing the system’s failure time. Redundancy is especially used for emergency treatment. In the field of existing industrial automation analog signal acquisition technology, field sensors, conditioning circuits and ADC acquisition are usually input to MCU for processing after acquisition, and there are no problems in normal use. Once the product itself appears the fault which affects the field use, it will directly cause the field operation to stop and affect the normal production operation. Based on the principle of system design, this paper increases redundant acquisition capabilities. During the normal operation of the product, the field analog signal acquisition value is normally input according to the user’s needs. If one of the modules fails to collect normally, the redundant module can continue to collect the signal which is available for use system adopted, so as to ensure the equipment running normally without affecting the production operation. At the same time, users can restore the on-site redundant product collection function by replacing the faulty products to ensure that the site has always been in the redundant collection mode.
