摘要
垃圾焚烧发电项目中最主要的设备即是垃圾焚烧炉,其中垃圾焚烧炉排的设计与控制显得更加重要。适合于中小控制规模的三菱过程PLC用于垃圾焚烧炉排的自动燃烧控制系统(ACC),实现包括锅炉主蒸汽流量控制、垃圾层厚度控制以及炉温控制等6个主要PID控制功能,过程控制运行稳定可靠,实现了良好的社会效益和经济价值。
The most important equipment is the waste incinerator in the waste incineration power generation project, in which the design and control of the waste incinerator grate is even more important. The Mitsubishi process PLC, which is also suitable for small and medium scale control, is used in the automatic combustion control system(ACC) of the waste incineration grate. It realizes six main PID control functions, including the main steam flow control of the boiler, the thickness control of the waste layer and the temperature control of the furnace, and so on. The process control is stable and reliable, achieving good social and economic benefits.
