摘要 本文以北方某危险废弃物填埋场产生渗滤液为原料,对几种渗滤液预处理方案进行比较,确定使用次氯氧化法方案降解COD并去除氨氮。通过正交试验方法对方案进行优化,确定了最优工艺参数:pH值为5,次氯酸钙加药量为渗滤液质量的2.5%,反应时间为1h,反应后COD降至407mg/L,氨氮降至2.6mg/L,为后续处理降低了难度,有利于危险废物填埋场的运营维护。 In this paper, leachate from a hazardous waste landfill in north China was used as raw material, and several leachate pretreatment schemes were compared to determine the scheme of hypochlorite oxidation method in order to remove COD and ammonia nitrogen in leachate. The scheme was optimized by the orthogonal experiment, which determined the optimal technological parameters, the reaction pH=5, calcium hypochlorite dosage was 2.5% of the leachate mass and the reaction time was 1 h. COD fell to 407 mg/L and ammonia nitrogen fell to 2.6 mg/L after pretreatment process, which reduced the difficultices of subsequent operations, in additon, it is advantageous for operation and maintenance of the hazardous waste landfill.
