宝钢梅钢450m^2烧结烟气干法脱硫超低排放升级改造的应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍了DSC烧结烟气干式超净技术在宝钢集团梅钢4#450m^2烧结烟气干法脱硫运行10年总结,以及3#180m^2、4#、5#2×450m^2烧结机烟气脱硫脱硝治理上实现了SO2脱除率达到99%的同时,还同步实现烟尘排放小于5mg/Nm^3优于燃气排放的标准,NOx排放小于50mg/Nm^3、汞排放低于1μg/m^3、二噁英低于0.5ng-TEQ/m^3、氟化氢排放低于检出限等烟气脱硫脱硝脱氟脱汞脱二噁英五脱及烟尘超净一体化,以及脱硫后烟囱排气透明、没有废水、不受前级除尘器效率影响、运行成本低的情况,指出DSC烧结烟气干式超净技术的创新开发与成功应用,将对我国钢铁企业适应国家"十三五"环保监管模式,从以往的强化总量控制向强化环境质量管理转变提供有力技术支撑。 This paper introduces the operation summary of DSC sintering flue gas dry ultra clean technology in Meishan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.of Baosteel for 10 years,as well as the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification treatment of 3×180 m2,4×35 m2 and 5×2×450 m2 sintering machines,which has achieved the SO2 removal rate of 99%,and the flue gas emission of less than 5 mg/Nm3 is better than the gas emission standard,the NOx emission of less than 50%Mg/Nm3,mercury emission less than 1μg/m3,dioxin less than 0.5 It is pointed out that the innovative development and successful application of DSC sintering flue gas dry ultra clean technology will be suitable for Chinese iron and steel enterprises to meet the requirements of the tenth national plan The"13 th Five-Year"environmental protection supervision mode provides strong technical support for the transformation from strengthening the total amount control to strengthening the environmental quality management.
