摘要
由新冠肺炎疫情引发的线上教学正在我国高校全面铺开,线上教学正在改变教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式。在目前的特殊背景下,对线上教学进行质量评价似乎为时尚早。通过此次大范围线上教学,重新认识教育技术的力量和价值,促进"应急式"的线上教学成为"常态化"教学的一个组成部分,是深化高校教学改革、实现内涵式发展、提高人才培养质量需要思考的重大问题。从个人体验的视角和经历,回溯我国高校教育技术40年的演进路径,介绍国外高校教育技术的发展水平和能力,探讨国内推进教育技术的困境。
Under the influence of the COVID-19,universities begin to promote online education in China.Online teaching is changing the way of teaching and learning.But it is not appropriate to immediately evaluate the quality of online teaching in current situation.This large-scale online teaching,which gives universities opportunity to re-understand the power and value of educational technology,and promote"emergency"online teaching to become a part of"normalized"teaching,will play a significant role in driving teaching reform,achieving connotative development,and improving the quality of talent training in university.From the perspective of personal experience,this article traces back the evolution path of educational technology in China’s universities for 40 years,introduces the development level and capabilities of educational technology in foreign universities,and discusses the practical dilemma of educational technology in China.
