新冠肺炎疫情检验了医学人才质量,也给未来的医学人才培养改革带来若干思考。全民健康是当前医学教育面对的最大挑战和最大课题。需要开展全国大学生健康教育行动;需要深化改革公共卫生人才培养模式;需要加强非预防医学专业的预防医学和公共卫生教育;需要加强全科医学教育的顶层设计;需要加强中医药大学生的中医药文化自信教育、提升所有医学生的中医药素养水平;医学院校人文教育需由医学人文拓展为大健康人文教育,特别要加强职业精神和职业素养教育。

COVID-19 has tested the quality of medical talent and brought deep thoughts to the future reform of medical talent training:National health is the biggest challenge and the biggest topic of medical education,for it is necessary to carry out the national health education for college students,to deepen the training mode reform of public health talent,and to strengthen preventive medicine and public health education in non-preventive medicine specialty,to strengthen top-level design of general medicine education,to reform the education mode of Chinese medicine self-confidence and enhance all medical students’Chinese medicine professionalism level,and also medical colleges and universities should expand their education methods from Medical Humanities to One Health Humanities,in particular,to strengthen professional spirit and professional literacy education.
