“一带一路”倡议下我国国别和区域研究人才培养的实践探索与发展路径 被引量:19

The Practice Exploration and Development Path of Talents Training for National and Regional Studies under the Belt and Road Initiative

摘要 "一带一路"倡议的推进实施对我国国别和区域研究人才的培养结构和培养内容提出了现实要求。当前,我国国别和区域研究人才的培养逐渐专门化、制度化,但面对新的要求仍存在复合人才培养不足、国家和区域覆盖不全、组织与师资队伍结构固化、学科归属不明等问题与挑战。基于现状和问题,可从国家层面、院校层面以及学科知识层面出发,开展多维度的政策支持与全面布局,建立跨学科的人才培养体系,强调多元化的学科知识和实践经历,全面系统地开展服务于"一带一路"倡议的国别和区域研究人才培养工作。 In the context of the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,the requirements of talents training for national and regional researches are further clarified.The talents training for national and regional studies are developing vigorously in our country at present,while there exist a wide range of problems,such as singularity training,big country training.Meanwhile,the solidification of organizational framework and the obstacles of discipline system bring challenges to the talents training for national and regional researches under the new situation.Based on the present situation and challenges as well as the experience from the foreign countries,it is suggested that government should provide multifaceted policy support from the national level,establish an interdisciplinary talent training system from the university level and possess interdisciplinary knowledge and practical experience on the knowledge level.
