摘要
基于已有受剪破坏方钢管约束型钢混凝土短柱试验结果,建立精细化有限元模型,对设有型钢栓钉与钢管斜拉加劲肋的方钢管约束型钢混凝土短柱受剪性能进行有限元分析。研究结果表明:栓钉对方形截面钢管约束型钢混凝土短柱的力学行为影响较小;而斜拉加劲肋有效限制钢管局部屈曲,提高约束作用,改善型钢与混凝土的共同工作性能。基于试验与有限元分析结果,考虑方钢管等效密排箍筋效应,提出了方钢管约束型钢混凝土短柱的受剪承载力计算公式,预测结果与试验及有限元参数分析结果吻合较好。
Based on the test results of tubed steel reinforced-concrete columns failed in shear mode, the influence of shear studs and diagonal stiffened plates on the shear behavior of short square tubed steel reinforced-concrete(TSRC) columns were studied by finite element analysis. The results indicate that the shear studs only slightly affect the mechanical behavior of short square TSRC columns, while the diagonal stiffened plates can effectively limit the local buckling of steel tube, the strength of steel tube is then fully utilized and the interaction between steel shape and concrete is enhanced. Based on the test results and finite element analysis, the formula to predict the nominal shear strength of short square TSRC columns was proposed, in which the square steel tube is equivalent to the closely spaced stirrups. The results indicate the proposed formula can accurately predict the shear capacity of square TSRC columns.
