An Interpretation of“Historical Science”from the Perspective of Historical Materialism

唯物史观认为,自然史和人类史的相互制约,决定了真正的科学绝非纯粹的关于自然的物的科学,而是“关于自然的人的科学”或“关于人的自然科学”,即历史的科学。这样的科学,才是“最高意义上的革命力量”。

Historical materialism holds that the mutual restriction of natural history and human history determines that the real science is by no means pure science about matter,but“natural science incorporating into itself the science of man”or“science of man incorporating into itself natural science”,in another word,historical science.Such science can be regarded as“the revolutionary force in the highest sense”.
