摘要
“有机”的内涵自诞生至今历经演变且存在诸多质疑。本研究通过对典型媒体关于有机产业和食品的新闻报道分析,探索有机话语在中国的话语框架与意义建构。研究发现:“有机”话语存在四个主要框架,并呈现一定的竞夺规律;四大框架相互冲突彼此隔离模糊了“有机”在中国的意涵且降低了其公众认同度;专家对转基因的态度很大程度上影响其对有机食品的态度;现代性的视角下有机话语框架的竞夺体现工具理性对价值理性的胜利。
The connotation of“organic”has evolved since its birth and has faced many critiques.This study explores the discourse framework and meaning construction of organic discourse in China through the analysis of typical media reports on organic industry and food.The study found that there are four main frames for organic discourse,presenting certain competition rules;the four major frames conflict with each other,bluring the meaning of“organic”in China and reducing its public recognition;expert's attitude towards GM largely influenced their judgment on organic food;the competition for organic frames reflects the victory of instrumental rationality over value rationality from the perspective of modernity.
